Supported by her wife DEb they have created a truly magical space.

There will pop up shops including delicious foods, wine tastings, music & much more! Stalls include Hepburn Springs Brewing Co, Cedar and Sage and The Farmers Wife both Daylesford icon shops.

After exploring Lou and Deb’s Mollingghip garden, we highly recommend extending your visit by heading to the nearby Brolga Hill Estate. Located just 20 minutes away, this stunning estate is nestled among the volcanic hills of Dja Dja Wurrung Country.

The well-manicured avenues, tall pencil pines, and symmetrical hedging evoke a sense of Tuscan elegance.

At Brolga Hill Estate, you can take a guided tour of the grand residence, which was created in collaboration with the late Stuart Rattle, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens with a coffee or baked goods in hand.
